The furthest back I go, thus far, with the Taylor family branch is with Lewis H. and wife, Harriet D. Taylor, both born circa 1830.

This branch thus begins in Woodbury, Litchfield County, Connecticut. Lewis and Harriet has a son named William H. If they had other children, I have not found out quite yet. William H. Taylor married Jane Bradley, of Ireland, and had 5 children, all listed below.

At this time, I know nothing about Harriet D., including her maiden name or origin.
